Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the National Capital Territory of Delhi, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action of whatever nature brought by either you or us shall be commenced or prosecuted in the state and central courts located in Delhi, India, and the Parties hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction in such courts.

Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate your access to all or part of the Site, with or without notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.
